JESUS HORSES HEALING
Risen Ridge is firmly grounded in three principles; rooted in prayer, rooted in the word of God, and led by the Holy Spirit. Each session will be different and will depend on the leading of the Holy Spirit for that person on that day. While we do offer two "programs" to give structure to what we do, these are not scripts that we follow. The "programs" can be intertwined to focus on what is best for the guest on that day. Each session is approximately 90 minutes of one on one time with the session leader, the guest, and the horse. We will always have at least two Risen Ridge Ministry representatives present during your time at the farm.
BIBLICALLY-BASED
EQUINE ASSISTED
LEARNING
Equine-assisted learning (EAL) is an experiential learning approach that promotes the development of life skills for educational, professional and personal goals through equine-assisted activities and biblical examples.
Guests will learn basic horsemanship skills that mirror the biblical principles of love, communication, care, and many others. These skills improve confidence, communication, and awareness of the needs of others. Through working with horses, it is our prayer that God will give you revelation about who He created you to be and to help you heal from things that have hurt you in the past.
This program is well suited for guests who are 14 years old and up and is mostly unmounted.
*If there is enough interest, we have the option to form a group of 4-6 younger people, however, the time will still be in the morning. Please let me know if you would be interested in this.
We are offering 4 blocks of 6 weekly sessions. Sessions are held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons from 10:30-11AM.
Blocks start on April 11th, June 6th, August 1st, and September 26th.

In 2022, Risen Ridge Ministry founder, Jen Beck, completed the training to become certified in Biblically Based Equine Assisted Programs. This 6-week certification course incorporates the principles of Equine Assisted Learning and provides a biblical basis for the activities.
